In July 2008, HELP was able to publish its first edition of a magazine called Sathkara. This is the voice of HELP, presenting educational, environmental and cultural news from the fields of Horana, Dolahena, Millaniya and Deniyaya.

Some words about the content:
- Page 2 explains what is HELP and their work, projects and plans.
- Page 3 contains a greeting from the Norwegian friendship club.
- Page 4 details the organization and its network, branches and volunteers.
- Page 5 gives the chronological story of HELP, from its very beginning, etc.

This first issue of the magazine has been produced and distributed by a 100 duplicates, to private persons, public institutions and voluntary organizations alike. The response has been very positive and encouraging.
Next number is expected before Christmas this year.
