More floods and havocs in Sri Lanka

Torrential rains and flooding in Western and Southern Sri Lanka are now receding, according to the news agencies. Both parts of Kalutara and Matara districts have been affected. A total of 145 families consisting of 542 persons have been affected by floods in the Divisional Secretariat areas of Dodangoda, Walalaawita, Bulathsinhala, Bandaragama, Horana and Milleniya in the Kalutara District.
