Our village Dolahena hosted this year’s Avuruda Festival and a great cricket competition. All the neighboring villages joined our tournament that took place on the grass court near our community well in Dolahena. And a big public, both Sinhala and Tamil neighbors, gathered and celebrated together. The Cricket Final was played between Dolahena and Aggona, and the team from Aggona won the tournament.
